Oecanthus niveus - Female
Cornell Campus, Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, USA

Found on lighted walkway just after dark. Hadn't heard calling males of this species for about 2 weeks now - but on this nearly 65-degree F evening, there were a few males calling from low shrubbery around campus.
