H. phaeopteralis maybe but out of range. see: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1157344 Info tab says fringe is dark on all wings but this example has light fringe. This example https://bugguide.net/node/view/152959 has lighter fringe on the hindwing and darker on the forewing as in my photo.

The terminal line looks most like H. phaeopteralis
