Moved from Ornate Plant Bug.

First of several entries of this species that I'm moving out of the "ornatus" dustbin.

Note the orange-red coloration near the end of the hind femora, and the lateral edge of the darkened area on the clavus concave and not sharply defined. This should distinguish this species from ornatus.
