Braconidae.
These are braconids, possibly Chelonus, or something in that subfamily (indicated by the total fusion of the dorsal abdominal segments).

Doryctinae: Heterospilus prosopidis Viereck
Doryctinae: Stenocorse bruchivorus (Crawford)
Helconinae: Urosigalphus bruchivorus Crawford
