Eristalis hirta ..... female.
Eristalis hirta ..... female.
E.arbustorum has a dark pterostigma with a paler shadow beyond.
Zoomed image there is a thin facial stripe in this image..
Also arbustorum has the hind metatarsus inflated in male and inflated at base in female, narrowing to tip and if the orange markings are clear they broadly reach posterior margin of tergite 2 and are brighter orange and with whiter bands at posterior margins.

E. arbustorum? Not really see
E. arbustorum? Not really seeing a facial stripe here, and it doesn't 'feel' to me like E. stipator which is the other option.
