...and then when it is opened! The camouflage techniques used to conceal these burrows is truly astounding. The one in this photograph was made by a Cyclocosmia truncata in captivity (notice the wall of the jar in the upper left). As you may imagine, finding one of these in the wild is rediculously hard.
