Tiny parastic wasp - chalcidoid?
Presidio, Dragonfly Creek, San Francisco County, California, USA

Size: 0.9 mm
Caught in Malaise trap 20-28 September 2019. Looks like it should be a chalcidoid, but very small and hard to see prepectus.
