Neuroptera: Chrysopidae: Nothochrysinae. A bit fuzzy... but recognizable as this somewhat uncommon, west coast, non-green, green lacewing.

Your's looks more like a lacewing to me, than the one I saw, which has a very long neck.

I know that I have seen some informative comments on Lacewings here, so perhaps someone will weigh in on this one.

Lacewing.
I'm thinking this is probably 'still' a green lacewing. Moving at least to order rank, but will explore existing images.
