0835 -- Cameraria quercivorella
Several species of Cameraria are quite close in appearance. I asked Terry Harrison (micro referee at MPG) to give an opinion on this one. His response:
"According to Braun 1908, the moth in these two images is Cameraria quercivorella: "Quercivorella is closely related to ulmella and conglomeratella but may be distinguished from both by the fact that the dorso-basal white streak extends only a short distance beyond the middle" (as opposed to extending the entire length of the hind margin of the forewing, as it does in the other two species mentioned)."

Looks
like Cameraria conglomeratella, 0816.
