The UNH site lists 3 species of Neoporus, blanchardi, carolinus, and clypealis. It's probably one of them, and I found pictures here, but I can't tell which one it might be.

Well, we can forget N. blanch
Well, we can forget N. blanchardi since this species is least than 3.5mm. Cause of the shape of the prothorax and the color of the antennae, I would say that it's probably N. clypealis. But for be sure, we need to check the protarsal claws (if it's a male) ; if both are of the same size, it's N. carolinus, else it's really N.clypealis.

Neoporus
Probably a Neoporus sp..
