Monomorium Queen
I'd venture to guess that if this was collected within the same area as your worker photo... and that my identification is correct... this is a queen ant of Monomorium ergatogyna. The image of the face is just slightly too high meaning the tooth margins of the clypeus are not visible, but it is clearly different than the Aphenogaster queen that you photographed.

The tooth margins of the clypeus are present meaning it is Monomorium.
