It is as JHousePhotos suspects & not linnei, but rather robinsonianus.

Yes; this could actually be robinsonianus. There seems to be a faint line bisecting the pronotal collar and the ventral abdominal stripe is also a bit too defined for linnei.

I will consult with another Neotibicen expert.
