Brachyneuridi?
Maybe supertribe Brachyneuridi based on 10 flagellomeres but I haven't matched it to a genus. Are you going to send it to a specialist? The key wants to know details of claw structure.

Diptera Specialist(s)
Thanks John. So far for our Diptera specialists include:
Tipulidae are set to go to Jim Hogue at CSUN,
Mycetophilids to Peter Kerr at California Department of Food and Agriculture,
Bombyllidae and Syrphidae to Doug Yanega at UCR, and
Phorids and all Diptera without specialists to Brian Brown at LACM.
Specimens need to be sent to institutions that can house and curate specimens. Would you be interested in receiving specimens at MIT?
