Ventral view of terminalia. I'd guess this is likely a female, but I'm unable to clearly interpret and match this with any of the figures given for male & female terminalia on pg. 122 and pg. 259 of Brooks & Bernard(1990).

Postscript (12/8/19): The ventral pattern on the terminalia above seems to match that of the image below from this iNaturalist observation:
