Interesting! I've posted 2 more shots of the same individual to help with identification.

 
Ken is correct.
Giant willow aphid has a huge tubercle (Looks like a little volcano) in the middle of the back, hence the name Tuberolachnus salignus. I know it isn't really visible in these shots, but might be helpful for future reference.

Compare:


Giant bark aphid has a really long stigma that wraps around the apex of the mesothoracic wing, hence the name Longistigma caryae. Its that black thing along the anterior edge of the wing. Very distinct character for this species.
