Ken is correct.
Giant willow aphid has a huge tubercle (Looks like a little volcano) in the middle of the back, hence the name
Tuberolachnus salignus
. I know it isn't really visible in these shots, but might be helpful for future reference.
Compare:
Giant bark aphid has a really long stigma that wraps around the apex of the mesothoracic wing, hence the name
Longistigma caryae
. Its that black thing along the anterior edge of the wing. Very distinct character for this species.
