Look like Box Elder Bugs - Boisea rubrolineata

Size: 2 cm
Found these on a table at the start of the trail to the top of Mt. Saint Helena, in Robert Louis Stevenson State Park. The other table did not have many of these bug on them but this one table had hundreds of them on it.
