Maybe best to just leave at Subfamily Sarginae (or Frass) whichever you think best :)

 
good idea... it is surely a S
good idea... it is surely a Sarginae, so lets move it there... The eyes have a sparkling look which is often seen in M flaviventris, but the head is more broad, like in Cephalochrysa... not easy ;-)
