It is difficult to be sure of the species, since the terminal line (dots) may be faded here, if this is Operophtera bruceata. That is the key feature. Otherwise, the absence of those dots, indicates that it may be Operophtera brumata.
Note, this is not a worn individual. The fringe is nearly complete. However, the coloring is slightly faded or it is just lighter, which reduces the overall contrast.
