Your submission is missing the date.

Also, please crop the image so it shows more of the insect. That'll increase your chances of a lower level ID. You don't have to delete it, you can click edit and replace this image with a cropped version.

Family is Cicadellidae and it looks like a female (you can just make out the ovipositor on the back end).
