I think this is Eupeodes and
I think this is Eupeodes and possibly perplexus.
The R4+5 is not dipped ruling out Lapposyrphus.
The lower frons is much too narrow just above antennae for Scaeva.
The black bands on sternites rules out volucris and the markings directly above antennae not a single semi circular mark.
1st and 2nd basal cells look bare.
