Enallagma, Argia, or Ischnura (?) with much orange on abdomen - Enallagma civile

Enallagma, Argia, or Ischnura (?) with much orange on abdomen - Enallagma civile
Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota, USA
The photo was taken some time between early July and late August 2018 - exact date unknown.

Looks like an immature eastern forktail (Ischnura verticalis) or possibly an orange bluet (Enallagma signatum), except for the mostly orange A3 through A5 and the half orange A6. Note also the blue legs. Female or immature?

Enallagma
maybe civile

Maybe
The pattern looks right for familiar bluet (Enallagma civile) but I don't see any photos of it on BugGuide that are orange. The photos you selected look right on except for the color.

Teneral / Immature
Many Enallagma sp. start out orange or pink and turn blue with maturity.
