Bucculatrix, mine and silken shelter

Bucculatrix, mine and silken shelter
Atlantic, Heritage House Park, Cass County, Iowa, USA
July 14, 2019
Is this a leaf of a River birch?
Thanks.

July 10, 2019: while on the road collected 8 skeletonized, folded-over leaves from a River birch, Betula nigra
July 14, 2019: finally looked close and this was the only leaf with a linear leaf mine and a late instar silken shelter
also in the jar was a beat-up, near-death moth
