Found outside on garage door. It doesn’t seem to move; It might be a caterpillar of some sort.

Looks like a caterpillar of something like a Southern Flannel Moth or Puss Moth (though that is not a solid ID) - best not to touch as the spines on the caterpillar can be quite irritating to the skin (they're actually venomous)!
