tiny black wasp

tiny black wasp
Decorah Prairie, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
August 21, 2019
Size: ~3 mm
I'm pretty sure this is a tiny braconid wasp based on the antennae and wings, but beyond that I have no clue where it might belong. I wish I had a better look at the abdomen color, but that didn't happen. I did see roughly similar examples in Pseudognaptodon, but only in general head shape and antennae details.

Thanks for moving this wasp to its proper location, Ken! Merry Christmas!

I'm sorry about putting this wasp in the wrong category, Ross. I thought Ichneumon wasps had a horse-head design on their wings due to two recurrent veins, and I totally missed that marker here. Thanks for identifying this neat little wasp for me!
