This one is alive, just chilled enough for a photo. Adult Aulacorthum solani?? I note the difference from #650248 that this one has green coxa while 650248's are black; also the difference from #1380409 that this one has black leg joints while 1380409's leg joints are clear. Are any of these significant?

That's what it looks like.
Not positive they are adults, and they look a little dessicated. They can be somewhat variable in size and coloration, and there are some other species in the Macrosiphini that look very similar.
