Explanation of Names
Named for naturalist Roy Latham (1881-1979), who collected some of the type series.
Range
Eastern North America, Arizona, released in Australia for control of Baccharis halimifolia
Remarks
Larvae form 1-3 cm communal soft globular galls near the ends of branches of Baccharis halimifolia and B. neglecta.
