Size: ~4 mm
The body shape of this tiny wasp reminds me of examples I saw in the genus Conura, but this is a new find for me.

Thanks so much for narrowing this chalcid wasp down to the subfamily Chalcidinae, Bob! It's a very cool-looking little wasp.
