August 5, 2019: in a prairie remnant collected 3 heads of Rattlesnake master, Eryngium yuccifolium, woven together with sign of silking on the surface.
August 22, 2019: dead moth

I think this beat up moth is the same as this one:

Same location, same species of plant, and same habit.
