Yes; Sphegina ... female.
Yes; Sphegina ... female.
With the apical two tarsameres black and petiolate abdomen with tergites wholly black and sides of thoracic dorsum (notopleural area to postalar callus) more noticeably orange brown, I am thinking Sphegina keeniana. I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser.
