Aphid head to head - Pterocomma - Female

Looks like something in Pterocomma, which would make sense as they were found on a willow tree. Black aphids with orange on them is pretty uncommon otherwise. I marked female because I believe that is recent offspring hanging around. All other branches and leaves nearby it were clear of aphids.
