Size: 7mm
If this is a Sawfly, the antennae are really long, and it has a bold pattern.

I agree with Mr. Leung
Despite the relatively broad constriction between thorax and abdomen, the wing venation is typical of Ichneumonids, and quite different from any Symphytan (Sawfly) family.

Ichneumon wasp
Ichneumonidae, I believe, based on the wing veins.
