I've got it!
This is Kaestneriella fumosa. The forewing pattern matches Fig.698 in Mockford's book. On your image, you can even see the 3 small white spots on the forewing. Nice find. Yours if the first post of a female.

i thought so, but now I'm doubting myself
I checked my files and the photos were taken about three minutes apart, during which time I was photographing some moths and things. It appears to be on a different part of the sheet each time though, so it very well could be a different individual. I encounter barklice so rarely in Arizona that I usually never find more than about 3 in one place at one time, but I remember this night being an unusually good barklouse night.

Also, thanks so much Diane for looking at all my barklice and sharing your expertise! I really appreciate it.
