I bet it is a Feralia moth, b
I bet it is a Feralia moth, but probably another species...
Perhaps a Comstock's Sallow?

I'll have to agree
with Mr. Davis on this one. Check out the images at MPG. It appears that northern individuals have much more of the dark coloration which makes them look very different from the lighter individuals.
