Underneath a limestone rock near a dried stream bed, in juniper woodland typical of the region. ID confirmed by Peter Messer by email.

Steven, your S. liebecki might be the westernmost record. This beautiful studio photo could easily serve as future BugGuide's designated "alphatype" (= prototype = prime exemplar) for this species. An illustrated description for this species is given by Gidaspow 1973: p80; available as a pdf freely downloaded here:
