Caddisly tube and stonefly? - Drunella flavilinea

Caddisly tube and stonefly? - Drunella flavilinea
Fairfax, Marin County, California, USA
April 4, 2008
Size: Caddisfly tube 1/4"
There seem to be 8 families of caddisflies that have tapering cases. Any clues to tell them apart? Is the other larva a stonefly or a kind of mayfly?

Moved
Moved from Mayflies.

Flav
The mayfly nymph appears to be Drunella flavilinea. The little caddisfly case might be from one of the smaller brachycentrids, like Micrasema, but that is much more of a guess.

Mayfly.
The nymph is that of a mayfly.
