Acrocercops astericola - New-genus-on-dichanthelium new-species

Acrocercops astericola - New-genus-on-dichanthelium new-species
Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island, USA
September 20, 2019
I am virtually certain that this is an Acrocercops astericola but would appreciate confirmation or correction. It would be a new species for RI on BG. Aaron - it was by the porch light after our Scout Camp expedition!

Acrocercopinae
I think it may actually be this:

...which is possibly a Leucospilapteryx rather than belonging to an undescribed genus as it is currently placed on BugGuide.

Thanks
The species was recorded in a 1998 leafminer survey on Block Island.

Acrocercopinae
Many thanks, Charley. My specimen looks virtually identical to Tom Murray's and the absence of tarsal bands seems a key characteristic. I will move the image but please remove it if you have second thoughts.
