Poecilognathus? - Poecilognathus

A small fly on Heterotheca subaxilaris (camphorweed) in a sandy old field be reforested. The two photos depict a single fly. Maybe something in Poecilognathus? There's not a data point for that genus in Indiana yet, though I see flies like this reasonably frequently. I'll post some of the others soon.
