Halictus ligatus male?
pretty sure it is Halictus..also pretty sure it is ligatus- because that is the Halictus female in the same small area..and male because of the yellow and brown legs and narrow abdomen and long antennae (also first clue was that it looked so much like Agapostemon male -but brown instead of green)...
