From the body posture and len
From the body posture and length of the outer spinnerets, I'd wager that it's either a Gnaphosidae or an Aglenidae (I'm not too familiar with spiders in your geographic location), neither group like their picture taken. Too bad you couldn't get a face shot. Nice abdominal pattern though.

Not much help -
but the habitus and dorsal markings suggest a salticid to me. Maybe one of our spider experts will comment at some point...

Edit: LOL - one year later, this doesn't look like a salticid to me anymore...
