Ptenothrix sp.3
Indeed, Harsi. One of the many different forms of this very variable species. Such as form 1 with split butt patch.

Ptenothrix?
After spending some time reviewing the options for the PNW, I'm guessing the closest match is what Frans is calling Ptenothrix sp.3 here in the guide.
