Vulgichneumon brevicinctor? - Vulgichneumon brevicinctor - Male

Size: ~11 mm
The white markings on this ichneumon wasp matched up very well with Vulgichneumon brevicinctor, but I have not found this species before and am not sure about my ID skills with ichneumon wasps.
