Gray Comma
This is a Gray Comma, Polygonia progne. Note that the dorsal HW is missing the central black spot found on the Eastern Comma.

Thanks, J.D. Yikes, how do you butterfly folks keep these straight when they are so close in appearance? Turns out, Wisconsin has NO photo for Gray Comma, so I guess my photo's helpful afterall.
