Symphypleona?

Symphypleona?
Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
I have found these at the surface of the water in a freshwater aquarium. they seem to be able to jump as well. These insects were very small and are under magnification in the photos. Sorry I do not remember the magnification. Thanks!
