Web site problem with "recent images" ?

This morning I clicked on the spider graphic, then "Images", then "Recent". I see my uploads from yesterday, then a wolf spider from 21 August, and then comes images of spiders from August 2007, followed by something from 2008, etc. Is something wrong? Shouldn't Recent Images be chronologically ordered with the most recent first?

Looking at the wrong date
You're looking at the user-supplied date for when the photo was taken. The images are sorted by the date of submission, which is shown on the "Contributed by[...]" line.

Okay
"User error" once again. :-) I was caught, I guess, by a sudden influx of older images and my lack of experience with BG.
