Wondering myself...
I recently caught one of these a week ago in Florida. Mine didn't seem to match anything in Slater & Baranowski, yet it bears some resemblance to Zelus. I figured this was either Zelurus bicolor or Zeluroides americanus. Either way, I'm very interested to hear the diagnosis.

 
Sigh...
In retrospect, I have no idea how I missed that. It must have been one of those days. The only redeeming aspect is at least Zelus and Repipta are in the same subfamily.
