Sarcophagidae
With bare arista and hairy legs including orange hairs on fore leg it should be distinctive, but I have no clue.

 
Posted another view
After reading your comment I went back to the images and found a fortunate shadow showing the arista not bare, but with fine light-colored hairs. Does that change things?
