fuzzy gray bee - Colletes

fuzzy gray bee - Colletes
Ludwig Prairie Preserve, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
July 17, 2019
Size: ~9 mm
I'm not sure about this bee. At first I thought maybe a male Andrena wilkella, but the strong abdominal banding doesn't seem to fit with other A. wilkella bees I've found, though I think they were all females. I hope the photos can help determine what it really is.

Colletes
Thanks for identifying this bee as a cellophane bee, John!I have not found any cellophane bees in the summer that were this pale gray color before, so it is nice to get this one in my Colletes photos.
