The big eyes and long pedicel suggest Pseudomyrmex to me. Check with a myrmecologist. -Andy

Pseudomyrex!!! That's right I think. I couldn't remember that name for the life of me. I've heard that before and I'm pretty sure it's right!

Correct.
Those big eyes and otherwise wasp-like appearance are highly distinctive.
