Bembidion obtusum - female 3.3 mm ABL
was a singelton specimen you sent me (w/o data) in the last carabid batch from Toronto. Owen, among your recently posted images this one best fits the specimen that I examined. Feel free to move to the species page. Thank you for this very interesting Palaearctic species that is new to my synoptic collection.

Glad I could add a new species to your collection! I caught two B. obtusum on different dates, one being greenish and this one being more brownish, and forgot which I sent you. This won't happen in the future as I am keeping perfect track of the dates of the specimens now. Learning curve!
