Tryphon seminiger male?

Tryphon seminiger male?
Ludwig Prairie Preserve, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
June 18, 2019
Size: ~10 mm
I submitted an ichneumon wasp from this same prairie remnant that was photographed the day before this one. It was identified as Tryphon seminiger, and was a female with a white tip on her abdomen along with a small ovipositor. This wasp has much the same looks and coloration, but might be a male?
